I am FRIED.

I should have taken a picture of my sunburn yesterday. I put aloe on last night before going to bed so it looks a whole lot better.

We left early yesterday morning to attend a drifting event in Myrtle Beach. For me, the drive there was the most exciting part. It was awesome driving along side so many sick cars. Once Nick's car is out of the shop (hopefully for the last time this year) I'm determined to learn it so I can drive it to the next meet.

It was HOT when we got there and only continued to get hotter. I put sunscreen on both Pieter and myself, but the sun was brutal. I put Pieter in his stroller for most of it to keep the sun off of him. He ended up getting a bit cranky, but once the cars started he couldn't stop watching.

After a couple hours of drifting, we (our new friends Sarah and Jay) headed to Myrtle Beach. We grabbed some lunch and headed to the water. They all went in while I sat back and took some pictures. I knew I needed to get out of the sun ASAP. We only stayed for 30 minutes.
