Pico De Gallo

While living with my parents, my mom and I made almost daily trips to the commissary at Patrick's AFB and on one of these fab adventures I found freshly made pico de gallo. I ended up eating that stuff with a spoon at times it was THAT GOOD.

After moving here I've discovered none of the grocery stores carry it, so I've been making it once a week for Nick and myself. Not to sound all full of myself but I make that shit damn good and spicy!


If I had known how simple it was to make in FL I would have made it all the time.

Here's the recipe :

1 white onion
1/2 red onion
1 medium green bell pepper
1 (or 2) jalapeno pepper
1 large tomato

Finally chop all of them and throw it in a bowl with some salt. For best results let it sit for a few ours in the salt :-)
