Freeeeeeeezing!

How strange that two weeks ago I had the air conditioning going full blast, and now the heater's on. Pieter's back in feety pajamas and I can't stop squeezing him to death. It's like I have giant version of my baby back or something.

This daylight savings shit is ridiculous. I plan on making a trip to Walmart this afternoon to get black out curtains for Pieter's room. Nick thinks he's just waking up earlier because he's getting 11 hours of sleep. Funny how he just started waking up exactly an hour earlier than he did a week ago. His room is just too bright in the morning.

Anyway, I took the man to the park yesterday for a couple hours. There were a few other kids there so he was non-stop. He was so tired afterward he kept trying to drift off to sleep at about 7. I stopped that immediately because there was no way in hell I was missing my shows :-)

I don't have much of anything to write these days. Nick's job is up in the air right now and he doesn't really want me talking about it. He's wanted everywhere so that's a good sign. However, he's most wanted in places farther from CA, places I'd rather not go....bc of the snow. Pieter's getting massive. Our 9 year old neighbor has the same sized hands and feet as Pieter. I'm thinking he'll be a linebacker. Speaking of football, my cousin Brock and his wife Molly just had a baby boy :-) He was HUGE, almost 10 pounds (like Pieter) and 22 inches long.

No other exciting news...I know, it's boring...deal with it ;-)
