I've ALWAYS been told long distance relationships can't work. I was scared to death a good month before Nick and I left to drive here. I ate a lot and ended up putting on 8 pounds before I left. I wasn't sure if someone could really love me enough to make it through 6 months without me. I actually surprised myself as well. I hate to admit that I have a really hard time being alone. Thank God for Pidgin and Skype.
I'm lucky to have such a wonderful man in my life. He's put up with a lot of pointless arguments and I've taken a lot of my frustrations out on him. I can't wait till I get to hug him again :-)
